1. Our Commitment

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals — and at other points where required — we verify each player's identity. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence or national ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership.

3. Customer Due Diligence

We apply risk-based due diligence to all accounts. Enhanced due diligence may be applied to higher-risk customers, including additional identity checks and source-of-funds verification.

4. Transaction Monitoring

All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for unusual or suspicious patterns. We may request additional information, apply limits, or temporarily suspend accounts pending review.

5. Reporting

Where we identify suspicious activity, we are legally obliged to report it to the relevant authorities. We may do so without notifying the customer, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Record Keeping

We retain identity, transaction and verification records for the period required by law to support investigations and regulatory obligations.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Only deposit funds that are legally yours.
• Provide accurate identity and verification information.
• Do not use your account on behalf of a third party.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to authorities.
